Return Policy 

At Tuollow Brandscape, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below. 

1. Return Eligibility 

Products may be returned if: 

  • The item received is damaged or defective 

  • The wrong product was delivered 

  • The item significantly differs from the description 

  • The product remains unused and in original packaging 

2. Return Period 

Customers must request a return within: 

  • 7 days after delivery for general items 

  • 48 hours for damaged or defective items 

3. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items may not be eligible for return: 

  • Used products 

  • Personalized items 

  • Underwear and hygiene-sensitive products 

  • Digital products or downloads 

  • Products damaged by customer misuse 

4. Refund Process 

Once the returned item is inspected and approved: 

  • Refunds may be processed via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or original payment method 

  • Processing times may vary between 3–10 business days 

5. Exchange Policy 

Customers may request product exchanges depending on stock availability. 

6. Return Shipping 

  • If the error was caused by Tuollow Brandscape, return shipping costs will be covered by us 

  • Customers may bear shipping costs for non-defective returns 

7. Failed Deliveries 

Orders may be canceled if customers cannot be reached or fail to receive deliveries after multiple attempts.

For returns and refunds, customers should contact our support team with: 

  • Order number 

  • Product images (if damaged) 

  • Reason for return
